Registration and Application Deadline
This technical visit is free of charge with a maximum capacity of 20 and is based on first-come-first served. The application is only accepted from BSOMES Members. The deadline for application is 19 April 2018 (Thursday) or when the registration is full. For registration, please enroll at:
Successful applicants will be informed by receiving a confirmation e-mail on or before 23 April 2018 (Monday). If the applicants have not received the confirmation e-mail on or before 24 April 2018 (Tuesday), their applications will be regarded as not successful.
Fee
1. Ferry tickets to Zhuhai and back to Hong Kong will be arranged by the participants. (Suggest taking 07:45 or earlier ferry to Zhuhai and advanced booking of round trip ferry tickets is highly suggested)
2. Free of charge for entering the visit point.
3. Free shuttle bus service.
4. Simple Lunch should be at one's own expense. (Approximate cost around HK$150 per head)
CPD Certificate -- 6-hour CPD Certificate
Insurance
Limited accident insurance will be provided for Members at the venue whilst passenger insurance will be separately provided by the shuttle service provider for all passengers. If deemed necessary, participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance for protection against any accident coverage for the whole technical visit.
