INTRODUCTION	The course is designed to improve written English communication skills. It will identify, present and correct grammatical and idiosyncratic mistakes commonly found in reports. The course is expected to be interactive. There will be an opportunity to look at the writing problems of individuals and to provide them with a self-help guide to solutions.
TOPICS	The emphasis will be on the English language content of reports and essays, including : Examination of common language errors Relevant grammar faults such as the use of tenses, clauses and the article Technical language: How to make language appropriate, specific and direct Essay structure, writing techniques and types of questions
